Recieve all the Essential Fatty Acids, Omega 3’s and Vitamins you need…

Using Hemp as a dietary supplement for Vegans & Vegetarians – Hemp is an amazing dietary supplement and source of protein. As a Vegan, it is always important to ensure you are receiving all the essential vitamins in order to maintain a healthy body. It is said that a plant based diet can be very healthy for you and yet, at times you can could be missing out on Omega 3, 6 and 9, along with the other essential fatty acids. The Vegan Society states that you can include good food sources such as chia seeds, ground linseed, hemp seeds and walnuts, and use vegetable (rapeseed) oil as your main cooking oil to ensure you are getting all the vitamins that you need. Though there are many of us that are unable to consume these on a daily basis.

What if I were to say that you can receive all your Omega 3, 6 and 9, along with all the other essential fatty acids within CBD Oils and Hemp products?

Extracted Hemp Oil contains an extensive list of naturally occurring vitamins, including vitamins A, C and E. Also present are the complex B vitamins like riboflavin, thiamine and niacin. Consuming a daily does of CBD Oil or Hemp proteins can ensure that you receive the all the essential vitamins, along with other B vitamins which are often lacking in the Vegan diet. Hemp oil is also a great source of minerals like zinc, potassium, calcium, phosphorous, iron, and magnesium. In an age where many of us fail to gain adequate levels of these important building blocks of a healthy body in our diets, it helps to gain them from sources outside our meals.
